Contacts are associated with a customer, and a customer can have multiple contacts. Salespersons can only view the contact information of the customers assigned to them.
Create a new contact
If a customer is not selected when creating a new contact, the system will automatically create a customer using the contact information and establish a relationship between the customer and the contact.
