Overview of Sales Project

Sales projects are created and maintained by sales person. The creator of the project can invite other sales person from the same team to participate in the project. The invited sales person cannot maintain project information but can add follow-up records for the project. The sales manager of the sales team can view all sales projects of team members.

Salespeople can view projects they have created or have been invited to participate in. Sales managers can view all projects within their team. Sales executive have the ability to view all projects.

By clicking on the red edit button, the owner of the project can edit project information.

Sales Person Involved in The Project

The project owner can invite other sales representatives from the same team to participate in the project. Apart from the project owner, other project members have the option to leave the project.

View Project Follow-up Records

The system automatically extracts project-related follow-up records and arranges them in reverse chronological order, making it easier for project team members to exchange information.

View Project Change Records

Any modifications made to project information will be recorded, and project team members can view the project’s change history.
